Superclean WNY Terms and Conditions

You can expect to receive appointment reminders, marketing messages, event notifications
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to customersupport@supercleanwny.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. The message frequency may vary. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Superclean WNY, including but not limited to carpet cleaning and water damage restoration, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Superclean WNY provides carpet cleaning and water damage restoration services. The details of each service, including pricing and scope, will be discussed and agreed upon between Superclean WNY and the customer before commencement of any work.

3. Pricing and Payment

All pricing for Superclean WNY services will be provided to the customer before the commencement of any work. Payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payments can be made via cash, check, or credit card. In the event of late payment, a fee may be applied.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about the areas to be serviced. It is the customer’s responsibility to move any furniture or personal items from the areas to be cleaned or restored.

6. Liability

While Superclean WNY takes every precaution to ensure the safety of your property, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during the provision of our services. We recommend that valuable or fragile items be secured or removed from the areas being serviced.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Superclean WNY strives for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 48 hours of the completion of the service, and we will make every effort to address and resolve your concerns.

8. Privacy

Superclean WNY respects your privacy. Any personal information provided by customers will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of New York. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within the state of New York.

10. Amendments

Superclean WNY reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the customer’s responsibility to review these terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.

By using Superclean WNY services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
